A little bit about us
This property is locally owned and operated and has had the same owner since its purchase in 1981. The owner currently has multiple property rentals in Springfield.
In 2018 this quaint little park was designated a senior citizen housing community for people aged 55 and older.

Frequently Asked Questions
- I'm not retired. Can I still live in a 55+ senior community? Yes! A 55+ senior community is for anyone as long as at least 1 person in residence is age 55 or older.
- Is there an application fee? Yes. The application fee is $35 per person that is due when the application is submitted.
- How much is it to move in? The security deposit matches the rent and we prorate the rent, so the amount owed depends on when you move in and when you want your rent due.
- Do you allow pets? We allow up to 2 cats with a $200/cat non-refundable pet deposit. Pet deposit may be waived if the front claws are removed; however, we do not allow dogs. The only exception is for certified service dogs that have all the correct legal documentation necessary.
Transportation
Since there is no bus stop that is convenient for our tenants, they can fill out an application for Sangamon Mass Transit District Paratransit (a/k/a Access Sangamon) through SMTD that will come to your door to pick you up.
