Rent includes lot rent plus we provide garbage and yard maintenance. The security deposit must be paid and utilities must be switched before tenant can get keys. Unit is both gas and electric.

- I'm not retired. Can I still live in a 55+ senior community? Yes! A 55+ senior community is for anyone as long as at least 1 person in residence is age 55 or older.
- Is there an application fee? Yes. The application fee is $35 per person that is due when the application is submitted.
- How much is it to move in? The security deposit matches the rent and we prorate the rent, so the amount owed depends on when you move in and when you want your rent due.
- Do you allow pets? We allow up to 2 cats with a $200/cat non-refundable pet deposit. Pet deposit may be waived if the front claws are removed; however, we do not allow dogs. The only exception is for certified service dogs that have all the correct legal documentation necessary.

Since there is no bus stop that is convenient for our tenants, they can fill out an application for Sangamon Mass Transit District Paratransit (a/k/a Access Sangamon) through SMTD that will come to your door to pick you up.
